Ray, Nick, And Christopher were awesome. I had called various lock smith companies and even tried a hardware store to duplicate a key to no avail. Once I came in, From the minute I walked in, they were attentive and tried diligently to find the replacement I needed. They made sure I left satisfied and their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend them!

While technician was quick and efficient, had it known it would be 195 dollars to simply clean out a broken lock, I would have gone to Home Depot and put a whole new door lock in for 40 bucks. Took the technician 10 minutes to get the broken key lock out and then said that will be 195. They should have told me the charge or estimate before coming out, and I would have said no thanks. Why not charge 300, 400 or any arbitrary number if you do not disclose beforehand?? Shame on me for not asking upfront, but a ten minute broken key lock clean out for 195 is insane. I will not use them again or recommend. Go elsewhere or if you at least use them, ask for charges in writing up front.

I agree with the previous reviews - Baldino's is now the go-to locksmith for affordable car key duplication (programming and cutting) services. Baldino's Annapolis had no problem duplicating my Honda and Lexus smart keys, for 40% or less than the cost of car dealers. I had two smart keys cut and programmed in 20 minutes! Friendly crew (Nick) too - this locksmith shop rocks!

Great service, and great prices! The guys were helpful and only charged a third of what the dealer wanted for programing car keys. I went in because my key fob wasn't working and went to the dealer first. The dealer told me they had to program two key fobs at a time and couldn't just give me one. So baldinos opened the fob, saw some corrosion and cleaned it. It worked great! They didn't even charge me for the service. So I decided to get an extra key just in case and their prices were about a third as expensive and the dealer. I'm never going to the dealer again after meeting the two locksmiths on duty. Great job, guys!
