3 times they haven't had what i ordered online, still took my money and offered substitutes only at my expense but absolutely useless when all substitutes contain meat or dairy and 2 out of the 4 eating are vegan. Update your stock checks and stop taking money forr orders you can't process. Sidenote staff are friendly just screwed over by policy

Was very disappointed with todays burrito. Was not hot or even warm, wrap was soggy. After preciously having some excellent burritos this has left a sour taste in my mouth!
Expensive adequate quality food. There are better places to eat at the service's.
I really enjoy the food, go as a regular treat 2-3 times a month. Staff are efficient and make an effort to be friendly to me and my daughter whenever we visit. The queue is always less than the other fast food choices.
First the good. I stopped here for an unplanned lunch and was able to avoid breaking my diet by getting a large salad box with beef, black beans, guacamole etc. I'm really glad that it's possible to get food like this on the road. However, in all honesty it tasted fairly bland and considering how often I throw together this kind of food at home quickly and easily I was disappointed that it wasn't as tasty. Also, with a bottle of diet coke, the bill was 9.50 which was a bit steep, but I appreciate this is a service station and better than a Greggs or a KFC (Nutritionally anyway!)
