The kids had a blast on our Thursday ride! The ride was an hour long which is perfect for younger riders. The gift shop is fairly priced and is a fun way to bring home a small keepsake for memories.

The family had a great time on the Polar Express! The entertainment was funny and the staff kept us occupied the entire time. The hot chocolate was very good and so was the cookie. Santa was there on the train as well. We went for first class tickets so you can sit around a table with your family. I would recommend first class because of that. In coach you sit facing one direction so I imagine it’s more difficult to interact with your family and maybe see your kids’ reactions to what’s going on. Would definitely recommend doing this at least once. I hope we can do this every year!
Such a wonderful evening riding the train. The train did not travel fast so it was a peaceful, enjoyable ride. Unfortunately it was nighttime so it was too dark to enjoy the view. We did pass through a small town where some people were standing outside waving at us, making us feel even more special. The service on the train was excellent! Everyone was super friendly and tried to correct any problem that came. I will definitely ride again!!
This is on the Polar Express Train Ride. Check in was simple. Food prices were pretty much what you would expect for an attraction like this. Train ride was fun it didn't seem like it was an hour ride due to all the fun activity. I highly recommend the first class tickets you get a mug and a PE silver bell! If you call ahead they will make accommodations for a service dog too! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!!
The Polar Express was fun for everyone of all ages. Train ride to the North Pole with hot chocolate and a cookie, narrated book and a visit from Santa who gives everyone a bell.

We did the Maple leaf special and train robbery. My family had such a great time. The actors were amazing and did an awesome job! I highly reccomend this.
The experience was amazing, we did the murder mystery and dinner. The service was very good and great interaction from the server's and staff. The food was good, but I was expecting outstanding food to go along with the rest of the evening. I do plan to go again.
