Food was good but employees were rude and could here them talking smack from outside about customers not cooking at home. Very disappointed

Staff keeps the lights off inside so they appear CLOSED. Myself and another vehicle stopped in the parking area. We could see some staff looking and pointing at us as we wondered if the inside was open or just the drive through. Both the other vehicle and mine drove to another place. I did go back mid day (with low expectations). Even that was to high. 3:30 and inside light are off. taco Bell should be ashamed to have their name on this establishment. And represented in this manner. Update after 6 months. Co worker did a online order (for two people). Drove up and started to get the wrong drink. Gave it back. Then handed corrected during waiting so long shut off the engine. Handed the food. I asked I should have another drink. No only one, I returned to the person that placed the online order and asked if I was to get a drink. Yes it was a combo. Return with phone that had the order on it to confirm. Worker just missed it. Heck I even asked when I was in line. Total failure. Perhaps I will try again in a Year.
I wish I knew how to share pictures because the craziest thing happened, my husband was eating a chicken quesadilla and felt a hard area and so he opened it to find a large bone in it! A bone, not over cooked chicken... A BONE. So unacceptable, we love Baldwin but don't go to the Taco Bell here.
We ordered seven tacos in the Drive-Thru. All seven were soggy and cold. They had obviously been made hours earlier and were just sitting waiting for someone to order them.
I didn't get good service my food was made rong and they took a long time to make it
