An amazing experience here. I called up told them I wanted a seltos and they catered to me the entire way. Jose the salesman was amazing. Top tier customer service. He’s nice. Not pushy and got me whatever I wanted. Didn’t try selling me something just to sell it. Communication A. The vernal manager George was a great guy to. This place was amazing and I’ll forever go back to this dealership.

I'll might seem biased because I work here but since Google asked me to review it, why not? I've been a Balise customer since the 90s and it's great to work at a Company where ethics and customer service still mean something. In fact, now that I think about it... I've never purchased a vehicle anywhere but Balise. And my entire family consists of all Balise customers so this is a company I've stood behind both as an employee and as a customer. We even have a family of Eagles living behind our dealership because it's so awesome. (-:

What a great place! Found a car very quickly with the help of Megan Dimo. The people are down to earth and don't pressure you. They were open to my negotiation and settled on a fair price. Everything was quick and painless, and the car is perfect! The free car washes are a nice touch. I highly recommend this dealership!

Jose was AMAZING! I have been to about six car dealerships in the last few months and this was by far the best experience. The minute I walked in, Jose had the car waiting in front for me to test drive it. He was so helpful, kind, and easy going throughout the whole process. I was so thankful and happy with how great he was. If you go to Kia, ask for Jose! He was the best!

Fix the problem !!! Nope . I thought they were great to buy a car . Never again buying a used car from this place. Bought a car with a crack bumber took 800 of the price but took it to gary rome couldn't believe what they showed me. I have all the pics before I bought it . I took to Firestone for alignment and balance. I couldn't believe that service manager gave me a paper of any car alignment on a otimpa. . Thank you Gary Rome and Fire stone honesty. Everday I been going about a problem and just kick you to the side. Say it's fine just drive it . They dont care about your safety just the money .
