The staff are great at persuading people to buy new glasses but are terrible at assisting those who have already paid and trying to claim the products they bought.

I'm sorry to say this but I am honestly frustrated in the experience that I have with EO. I have filled out their form correctly, including my contact number and they told me to come back on May 11 to get my prescribed eyeglasses. I got it on the said date yet they told me to come back on the 13th to get only the wiper. They should have texted or called me to inform that I can't get the complete package on the 11th. This is just ugh.
