I have worked with Ira and many on his crew for over a year. My shooting has improved significantly as a result. Ira has the ability to teach and is a wealth of information. On those occasions where I go shooting elsewhere, it is Ira send that camera-phone picture of my target looking for feedback. I have been amazed how he can simply look at a target and advise me with practical recommendations that result in improvement. This is a group that will take you to the edge of your equipment. They will help you to understand the capability and limitations. I will be sighting in my next rifle with their assistance. In terms of safety, these are reasonable, but no-nonsense range officers that will allow you to focus on your shooting rather then wondering what that loon a few lanes down is going to do.
