I called Hawk to figure out a water smell and filtration issue. Chris came out promptly and tested my water and gave me multiple options which my wife and I are considering a few of the solutions in the coming months. He also gave me an easy fix on the smelly water. I will definitely be using their service.

Hawk Drilling Company changed a burned out well pump, which alerted us to another issue I had with my well. Everyday, Jeremy sent someone to come and assist me in cleaning out the water filter. The water filter was not part of the pump project they did, but knew I was not able to change myself. The first solution to my well problem was costly, this company found another way to solve my problem after I agreed to the more costly repair. Instead of making money, they choose to save me money. The owners of this company along with their staff are professional, intelligent, respectful, and honest. I would highly recommend Hawk Drilling Company!

In an emergency - we needed someone to come look at our well/jet pump. Sandra (who is beyond patient and so nice) called me back on a Sunday when they weren’t even open, diagnosed the issue and sent the guys out to repair everything first thing Monday morning. Bob and Jeff came Monday morning to perform the repairs - they were beyond professional, extremely polite and knowledgeable - they even took the time to provide us with an education on our system. They could not have been nicer. Five stars isn’t enough!! What an amazing company!!

I have to take umbridge with the review left by \B S.\ Our water pump broke on a Wed morning but we didn't realize that was the problem with our system until Wed night. The next day (Thur) I called at 8am. The woman in the office was SO nice. I told her I was \homeschooling\ three boys and we had not had water since Tue night. She did stress that they were VERY busy but she promised to get me someone there that day. At 4pm the technician showed up and by 6pm they had got two other workers there, drilled into the ground with their equipment, and fixed our well pump. I can not say enough about their professionalism and willingness to help us out. They are a GREAT company.

Highly knowledgeable, caring, good people who provide excellent service for an excellent price. Huge difference from the well/water company we used before, which was unable to find our problems in a system they'd installed. Hawk found issues, rectified them, and made our lives much better. They are very responsive to service calls, and on top of that they are kind and compassionate. I know I'd have no hesitation giving them my house key if I had to be away when a service call was needed. They are THE BEST.
