The junior shop assistant was not friendly, and looked fed up the whole time she was serving me. The senior assistant took over the sale because the junior did not know if the item came with packaging or not. From then on the whole experience was totally different. It I had been served by the senior assistant from the start I would have scored them a 5! I think the staff need to understand the business they are in and make everyone feel welcome and important ni matter what they are in to buy. I bought an expensive household item, and only because I really wanted it, and didn't know where else to get one the same, I could very easily have left the shop in the first 2 minutes. Totally separate to the above, the ice cream is super delicious! It is made on site and you would be hard pushed to find better. They also sell sugar free vinalla ice cream which must be tasted to believe! Gorgeous! Credit where credit is due! 5* ice cream!
