Had a new composite door from Apeer installed end of June last year. Within the first few weeks we had an issue with the door bouncing back. Our installer contacted Apeer and an engineer was sent in Aug time. Door frame was adjusted with a hammer and Door adjusted then the engineer left. We still noticed the door bouncing back but not as bad. One morning I woke to a flood of water in my hall. The rain had soaked up my new hall curtains. Called the installer he came immediately. Turns out Apeer had not sealed the letterbox. My installer fixed this so we did not have to wait on an engineer visit again. Fast forward Jan this year. Called Apeer for an engineer to look at out door as it was still bouncing back and wind blowing through it. Engineer came out last week checked the door and revealed it was bowed. I told the engineer if that is the case I want a new door. After all a bowed door is a bowed door, even the engineer agreed. 4 days passed and I heard nothing from Apeer on what the outcome of the report was. Contacted Apeer 1 week after the engineers visit to be told that the door was fixed and it was signed off by the engineer Upon complaining the agent told me they had to contact their manager as he could not authorise a new door. Fast forward 4 days had to call back Apeer as their agent had not called me back. A different agent this time with different information had to find out what was happening and call me back. Finally today I got my call back to be told that it was now up to my installer to fix it or sort it basically it's not their problem and my next contact should be my installer not them. So the saga continues to get our imperfect below standard door issue resolved...would I recommend Apeer...from current dealings I would say NO as not only has their Customer service is awful but this has also been a disheartening task that we feel we are the ones having to go back and forth.

Door supplied through reseller. Has been leaking significant amounts of water in on occasions for the past year. Apeer have been out 2 times to repair but still leaking. Leaking Both through the door seals and through the handle. Blaming the installer for the water ingress(nonsense) refusing to accept liability for the damage to wooden floor (which is wrecked). It has now leaked again and back to chasing them through the reseller to get something done but getting no answers. Update; I’ve now been told by Apeer through reseller to claim off my home insurance for the damage caused by the leaking door. Absolute Joke. Avoid this company.
3 days waiting on quote is just not acceptable and which raised concerns over all future ability to complete the work against explicit tight deadlines.
Our hall door had faded and contacted Mourne Windows who supplied same,spoke to Leah and by return from a few photos sent New World agreed to replace,was given a date of 25 July for fitting and top professional fitter Ricky arrived on time and straight to work, no cuppa for Ricky ,In a matter of a few hours ( without a break )complete replacement finished, You could not have anything but admiration and praise for the professional job done .Top marks to Ricky,NewWorld and Leah Another very satisfied custoer
