My elderly mum has a Doctor in this God forsaken place and every month it's an ordeal trying to ring for something as simple as a repeat prescription , i have seen us sitting for hours taking turns at manning the call and still not get through, i honestly think their phones are put on silent for long periods of the day!! We have tried calling at their \quiet\ times but that must be the time they have their siesta because it makes no difference. And before I'm slated, this has been the case way before the Covid19 pandemic. I have a different Doctor in a different practice and i can call anytime over the 24 hour period in a day, leave a message to order my meds and they are with the Pharmacy the next day!!! ANSWER THE PHONE PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very welcoming and good communicating staff despite the covid masks at present. Mr Armstrong was very thorough during eye examination and clear on advice. Modern and easy accessible Health Care Centre overall.

A souless building, with the most depressing entrance & main hall, that seems designed to cause greatest inconvenience to the most vulnerable. GPs on 1st first floor with lifts at the opposite end of the building to the access from the car park, outpatient services yet another trek along a long corridor. Obviously the designers forgot that real people use this facility. Services are as expected.

Visited Centre today for the first time. Staff were wonderful and couldn't have been more helpful, from the receptionist, the lady serving at the cafe, to the lovely ladies,at the x ray dept, who were very busy. One even apologised for the long wait, although there wasn't one. Five stars!
