Lovely atmosphere in the salon and everyone was Smiling and friendly. The staff can speak in English fluently that very comfortable for tourists. Absolutely first class service and a top class hair cut. They Listen to me and talked about exactly what I wanted. My wife loved her hair cut also. That really made it 5*. Thanks for a lovely experience!
Let me phrase this place in a few words before I tell you my experience: YOU ARE PAYING FOR THE ATMOSPHERE, BUT NOT FOR THE JOB GETTING DONE. Seems like most of the reviews here are fake, or either made by the staff themselves. I came here to get a haircut and highlights. This took almost FOUR HOURS, which in reality usually takes around 2. The lady who took me seemed nice but it felt like she had no idea what the heck she was doing. She worked really slow and she was taking up time on purpose, to make it seem like she was being very careful and ideal. In result, she was NOT EXPERIENCED. She held my highlights on for almost an hour until I had to tell her it was enough. In result, my head was burning when I got home and after two weeks my hair began to fell out.I had to order Olaplex to save my damaged hair. Don’t get me wrong, this wasn’t my first time and I’ve gotten highlights for six years now and never had a problem this huge. You’re wasting you’re money on workers who are not experienced.

Тут работает косметолог, который оставил не совсем приятные впечатления - Ксения. Записалась к ней на приём. Все было хорошо, пока я не спросила открыто у неё юридическое лицо или ИП (сами понимаете доверять своё лицо абы кому не хочется. Имею ввиду с юридической точки зрения). На что Ксения ответила , что гарантий никаких дать не может (я не спрашивала про гарантии того, что она вылечит мою проблему) и просто напросто сказала, что запись нужно ОТМЕНИТЬ \u200d️ Так себе профессионал, если при таком ЭЛЕМЕНТАРНОМ вопросе она отменяет запись .
