Founded in 1996, the Partners In Excellence (PIE) Scholarship program of the Archdiocese of Baltimore seeks to address a key mission of the Catholic Church: the education of marginalized and disadvantaged children. Over the past 23 years, PIE has given thousands of students an opportunity for success in school and life by providing the tuition assistance needed to enroll in a Catholic school.
