If I can give them zero stars I will. Mary Walter's is the worst VSO ever. She doesn't return calls. Gets an attitude when you try to reach her to find out your status and makes excuses all to get off the phone. She is unproffesional on all levels and doesnt care. I don't know what these people are doing over there but stay away!! What type of customer service is this agency providing to its veterans. I can get better customer service ar McDonald's offering a hamburger. This is a joke. I have sent emails out to the highest levels in the VA and was told a purge will be coming as I am not the only one who is experiencing this. The VFW is a good organization but the leadership at this branch isn't. I hope they fix this organization, and Mary Walter's supervisor termiantes her immediately.

I ever had a problem with the services. The first time there the guy was ok. The second time the lady I talked to really helped me a lot, and answered all of my questions.
If I can get them to just returned my phone calls and represent me correctly
