Honestly incredible. I've been to a fair amount of gaming stores in my time but the accessory selection is top notch! Plenty of imports that are sold out online, even on the overseas market! While I don't know enough about them to comment on the Gundam models they have an astonishingly huge array to choose from, and an even larger selection of Pokemon singles and other TCG products! It's a shame I live in another city because I think the selection, coupled with the cozy atmosphere and friendly interaction is absolutely worth the trip to New Horizon! I look forward to when I can make a return!

I had a preorder with another store fall through due to distributor misinformation. The same day I was able to email bento and get a new order set up to be delivered to my house for later that week. They were extremely helpful and very accommodating, making what felt like a horrible situation a stress free experience. Well done!
