It was clean and nicely done inside. Baristas were friendly. Seating outside and inside. It is not wheelchair accessible. (You have to walk up some steep stairs to get up to the seating area and washrooms)The coffee is good, they have dessert, I tried the carrot cake, you get a small piece for 4.70. Also it's not baked in store just the frozen boxed stuff. Overall experience was ok, no music playing inside for back ground noise we sat inside up stairs, it was echoing a bit. I think next time I'd like to sit outside on the upstairs patio instead weather permitting.

Not a bad spot for good coffee. Upstairs patio is ok for a bit of a view, but mostly during the summer months. Desserts are nothing to speak of or any other offerings. Basically it's just the coffee that's worth having.
Excellent coffee and friendly service, but this company fails to support customers with accessibility issues. Unusually high steps and lack of hand railings make it very difficult for safe passage. Dogs tied to the steps make it even more difficult.
It was our first time there. They were super welcoming and helpful. We tried their \basic pumpkin spiced\ hot bevy...and WOW WAS it NOT basic. I'm not a fan of PSL season except they put ACTUAL fresh pumpkin puree in this drink and now im HOOKED!
