Roc currently holds an exploration permit for a 109-square kilometer property in the south of Mali. Situated within an area that has already had 1.6 million ounces of gold proved-up by Gold Fields PLC, the directors of Roc Resources hope to identify further resources in what has been described as 'the new frontier for gold' in West Africa. Roc is in the process of obtaining further exploration permits within the area, and will consider joint venture partnerships in order to obtain a larger ground footprint. Roc Resources aims to develop its portfolio to other minerals as well, and sees huge growth in the region for rare metals.
