Went into this argos today woman behind counter rude bossy and had no manners at all I will not go back there at all. It not the first time I've been in that sainsburys and staff were rude and not helpful at all To people reading this review go somewhere else not worth your time. If I could put no star I would not HAPPY WITH THIS PLACE

Really bad experience with this Argos store. Tried to return an unused item in original packaging but was told they couldn't refund the item as the sticker on top had been opened. How can I see inside the box without opening it up. The large girl behind the counter wouldn't give me a refund. No worries I will be in contact with head office to see that she gets retrained regarding consumer rights. Don't buy from Argos and hopefully they will go out of business.
The service received here was appalling. Not only were the ladies behind the counter rude to me, but they spoke so rudely about the customer who had been served prior to me right in front of me. It made me feel so uncomfortable and has made me adamant I will never visit/collect from here again. I am very disappointed.
I’ve been in here a few times over the last week and had very efficient and professional service from all staff. Today there was a man being served beside me and was being extremely rude to a staff member. I didn’t get the staff members name but I was impressed that she remained calm and professional throughout, even though the man was very rude to her.
Awful service. Unhelpful, rude and uninterested staff. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
