Our windows were fitted by CN Glass last year. It was a local company recommended and seemed very professional at the quotation stage. However it has been one of the biggest mistakes we have made. They made error after error - surveyor took incorrect measurements, wrong parts being delivered repeatedly so fitters had to keep returning (and we missed work), poor communications, incorrect hinges being fitted so windows were not FENSA compliant, keys not provided (until almost a year later). After many emails and calls some issues were remedied. We paid in full. However we have still been left with several windows that do no open clearly (due to incorrect sized windows being fitted) and unsightly holes. The most recent fitter from CN Glass itself told us that he would not have paid for the windows as the job done is not to standard. He also told us that CN Glass have a tendancy to rush work and the \surveyor\ who measured our windows was not the proper person. Apparently our job was squeezed in around larger school projects. He also said that CN Glass often rush work and receive complaints. He promised to raise the issue with management. Management failed to get back to us as the fitter had indicated. We have therefore raised a further complaint about the outstanding issues but management has failed to properly respond week after week - promising to get back to us the following week and then not doing so. We feel we are being fobbed off. Please feel free to contact me if you would like to see photos of the poor quality workmanship. We will amend this review (and other reviews we have posted online) if CN Glass resolve the issues. Feel sad to post this as we wanted to support a local company and we have been let down.
