Poor Service. After purchasing a pair of trainers, at no point was I made aware that the item wasn't being delivered to store, until I realised they had processed it to be sent to my home address. The female assistant in-store who claimed to be the assistant manager, was incapable of refunding the item in store and had to contact the warehouse to cancel the order. absolutely poor service when asked to speak to a manager they were conveniently "not in today", but i could speak to the useless assistant who served me. Order online, avoid the store, you'd get better customer service from an automated phone.

Absolutely shocking behaviour in this store! Staff are rude, ignorant and just do not want to help their customersThe staff are all standing around talking to each other or just staring at there phones! 3 times I have been in that store and every single time I came out feeling angry and distressedI really wouldn't suggest going to this store when you can go to a different JD and get treated so much better as a paying customer!!! They even sold me faulty shoes and wouldn't change them or refund me,the manger was rude and made me feel very uncomfortable,looking me up and down with his arms crossed !! Took me,my partner and my parent's to all go in to get something sorted about the shoes !! Just please stay away if can.
We tried to buy some Nike trainers for the children in two different sizes/designs from this shop. We could not find what we wanted on the shelves and so approached a sales assistant. She checked stock and found none available but said we could order online from the Terminal in the shop. This we did and paid there and then. We were told delivery would be the following day or the day after. We waited 3 days and then telephoned. We were told the order had been dispatched the day before and would be with us later. When delivered only pair was in the parcel. We rang again and were told that the other size was out of stock and they could not say when it would be back in again. We asked for a refund for the missing pair and were told it would take at least 14 days to process!! We have had to travel elsewhere to find the missing size/design. We are still awaiting reimbursement! So we do not rate JD Sports very highly
I went into this store yesterday , I was absolutely disgusted with the staff who worked in this store, when I came up to pay for my items the guy was just dancing around , he gave me a horrible glare , I asked about using my blue light card , he just mumbled , eventually I think the manger came and said to me in a very rude way, you can only use it online. I felt very uncomfortable in this store and will not be returning. Sort your staff out !
My only issue is they don't stock or have HARDLY any mens size 13/14's. When I asked the guy who works there, he made a remark about that size being unheard of.... mate my boyfriend is that size and needs trainers too.
Very good and lots of nice stuff to by I came with my girlfriend and wher served by a member of your shop team who was most help full
Worst experience ever from a high st company. Placed my order 2-5 deliver to store. 9 days later got a text to say it was in store went to collect my order and after a long wait only to be to told one of my items was not available. Ffs why not tel me you cannot supply my order at the time i ordered and still take my money what a RIP off. Turn up at the shop to collect half my order. Gerry. Spoke to customer service but was waist of Tim e. Won't be buying anything from jd again worst ever service and and don't give a sh## about keeping customers so stuff them I will tell everyone I know how sh## they are. Md of jd get a grip before u go bust.
