Totally shocking from the min you go to reception . Receptionist s all do their best to ignore you so you have to bang on the window also don't need 4 receptionist one of which is always popping out to the shops 2would be plenty . CAMHS \staff\ absolutely diabolical don't know where to start in 3 years of going there unfortunately unhelpful rude etc they don't really care only thing they can suggest is family therapy over n over.endless stream of staff walking back and forth doing nothing not good if you have anxious children makes them worse constantly punching in key code which is annoying. Seem to achieve nothing by coming here other than them upsetting my child . Total waste of government funding . They need investigation!

Most unorganised place ever. Complete lack of communication between staff. Yet another wasted appointment costing me money. Always blaming another reason, staff etc.

Really understanding and flexible in regards to patients with different needs to the usual patient, ie-me! Made me feel relaxed and were great with my 4 yr old who was in tow due to no childcare that day. So all in all I was a patient from hell and they were lovely!
