Good place for small and meduim functions. Comfortable rooms.
The owner was extremely friendly and welcoming! I was travelling solo with my young son and we felt really relaxed in the big cozy room which had a great shower! (The owner also speaks fluent Italian if that helps anybody!)

I visited this hotel on a few occasions as my friend had booked a room here. The hotel is very modern (recently built) and built to a very high standard. It has a 5* feel to it. The location is excellent - it is only about 1km to the town centre yet it is in a peaceful countryside location with outstanding uninterrupted views of the beautiful surrounding mountains (which can be seen from bedrooms as well as communal areas). I have visited other hotels in Bandarawela, and I am confident that this is the cleanest and most modern one, and it seems excellent value for money. The owner/manager is extremely helpful and friendly and speaks good English (and Italian apparently). The rooms are all fully complete with new equipment (satellite TV, etc.) but the hotel is still undergoing some development so the rooftop terrace is not available yet, but once it is, it will be a lovely place to sit out, relax and enjoy the outstanding views. This is a newly built hotel and seems a family own business. The owner was friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom was clean and well maintained. There was no way to make a cup of tea, so, good to have a kettle and there was no refrigerator. Parking is awailable for few vehicles in front of the hotel.
