Spectacular view, lovely bungalow inclusive of all the required amenities. The owner was very helpful and friendly and the staff were caring and efficient. They went out of their way to make my two babies comfortable. We had to extend our stay as we didn't want to leave this beautiful place. Was home away from home. Thank you and all the best!

Very nice place with staff. Clean and good environment. Staff were very helpful, supporting guests and truly felt that they are doing best customer service. They have very good chefs and make arrangements on your wish. Foods also very good. Very good space for guests to play, spend time, including outside tables and chairs. Surrounded with tea plantations and no restrictions on partying and loud sounds. Can spend your stay as you wish. They have separate bathrooms for all rooms with hot water. Bathrooms were also good and clean. I went through their kitchen and backyard, also were in very good condition. They have BBQ facilities, just you can request and they will arrange it next day. One of our vehicles gone bad and the staff were helping us to solve it too.. Highly recommend this place.

One of the best places I've ever stayed in cold paradise Bandarawela . Everything you need to feel like your home is here with four fully equipped bedrooms. You will receive a great hospitality from caregivers and especially brilliant cook Anura. Do not miss their tasty BBQ with a chilled beer on the deck . Wish to come again for a bit long stay.

Beautiful place with a really friendly and helpful staff. Access road is bit narrow and not easy to find the place. Can get a great view of train track from the garden

Windsor Forest Bungalow is a great place to have a peaceful vacation with your family for a reasonable price. I stayed there two days with my family. The place is exceptionally clean and spacious. It had thoughtful amenities in bed rooms as well as in common areas. The host and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Whatever you ask for, they are ready to help you with their best. The in-house cook prepares delicious food customising to our preferences. The caretakers helped us with the BBQ. The garden is also very beautiful. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The trains running through the greenery create an amazing view. Thank you very much Windsor Forest Bungalow for providing us a relaxing vacation.

It was absolutely great leisure for us to spend in Windsor Forest. Nice and calm place. Foods are absolutely delicious and the perfect support service.. Access roads are bit narrow and hard but still can manage

Great place. It was even better than as it looks in the pictures. The caretakers were really nice and treated us so well. They were great cooks as well. Food was absolutely delicious. Everything was clean and tidy and well functioned specially the washrooms. Also location was convenient as well since our plans were around Ella. If you are going, do not forget to chill in top floor and enjoy the train view and scenery.
