Caution landlords. This PM was so focused on the real estate side that she (her staff) completely screwed up an unexpected issue that came up with one of our units. Upon notification of the issue the PM made every wrong move due to inexperience. Being out of state we relied on our PM to handle the situation to avoid liability. But all we got was daily miscommunication, poor decision making, poor attitude and unnecessary costs. Be really careful, check several references especially from landlords who experienced tough situations and received good problem solving in return. Another thing, read the contract. We learned tenants were habitually late paying rent. We were never notified because this PM profited in tenant late fees. My new PM set a firm tone and policies, and tenant has never been late since. Some rentals are easy to manage, but in the tough situations, a good experienced property manager will excel, act swiftly and save you money. This one cost THOUSANDS beyond what we should have due to inexperience and lack of focus on the PM side of the business.

My mom (who currently lives in Ohio) and I have been trying to contact these people for months. The house next door is for sale so we tried to jump on it and no one has responded. It’s very disappointing and discouraging when you want your family to move and be closer to you then no one answers. (Edit) changed my review from a one star to a four star. She later contacted me and apologized. However the house was already sold by the time she got back to me. None the less she has been very helpful after the fact. Will hopefully find something just as good, if not better soon.

A great experience with a wonderful company, especially Gina! She goes above and beyond to do what it takes for you. You couldnt do better for an agent in Bandon :) EDIT 1/28/2021: We have now had Gina as both our buying and selling agent and she excelled in both! She was able to find us the house we wanted in a difficult market and years later was able to sell a house for us, landing us a fabulous deal. You cant go wrong with Gina! She keeps up with the market without losing touch with her clients needs, and she does this all with genuine care. We highly recommend her for your buying/selling/rental needs!
