So lovely, inviting, accommodating, and friendly staff. We loved our stay in the Deluxe King room and would recommend it to anyone and everyone! The coziest bed and pillows, the huge soaker tub, big shower, and the fireplace made us want to stay forever! When we arrived the restaurants in Banff had closed down indoor dining, but we were able to order local takeout to our room, toast bagels we brought in the morning, and use any of the utensils and cutlery we needed from the shared kitchen. We sipped wine and watched the snow fall in the trees from our enclosed deck seating. Parking in the back was a breeze!

Terrible experience, they will cancel your reservation on you even once you book. They will not refund money for the deposit and you will have to find another location. They want your credit card information right away. I understand you may have falllen on hard time but this not the way to do honest buisness. I will be disputing this with my credit card company

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST PLACE TO STAY IN BANFF!!! My experience started off rough, as my suv broke down just outside of Banff. So like anyone I called around, comparing rates, Boutique Inn is right on par, at 75/night. The staff was SUPER accommodating! After explaining my situation, not only did the staff allow me to park out front in the best spot, but come morning borrowed me tools to get my suv back up and going, AND allowed me to check out at 12noon. The room was super cozy, and had WiFi and a tv. Shared spaces downstairs on the main floor was so nice, literally felt like a home. I loved that they were screening all guests for COVID, gave me peace of mind. YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!! AND BIG THANKS TO LEE FOR HELPING ME GET MY SUV UP AND GOING!!!
It's got the three Cs: clean, comfortable, and central. It's just a quick walk away from Banff's busy downtown. Nice curbside appeal. The Inn is well-managed. The rooms are refurbed. The staff are friendly and efficient. The communal kitchen is properly equipped and pretty organized. Each room has a designated bin in the kitchen fridges. Also, this might just be my own personal focus but I was happy that they put extra care in good ventilation throughout the rooms and kitchen. Ample parking at the back.

Stayed here for 2 nights this past weekend and we loved it! Between the welcoming host and the quick tour and to the covid protocols we were very comfortable. It's close to a traditional inn; halfway between a hostel and a hotel. Being able to cook and prepare our own food was awesome and cut down the cost of having to eat out. The room was very comfortable and the bathtub was great for relaxing in after a long day on the ski hill! We will definitely be back this season!
