I love this store. I have visited several times while in Banff and the staff there is always super helpful and friendly. The other review about the store being busy did not warrant a 1-Star review. They have 2 change rooms which is pretty sufficient for the size of store and considering how the staff tries to help out, I would think that blaming the store is kind of embarrassing. Great clothes, lovely staff - always a highlight on my shopping journey while in Banff.
