The rental agent took their time to explain everything to us so we knew exactly what were signing up for. I didn't know that there was hold on our credit card when you a rent car from most Canadian rental car companies. I verified this with other providers a short time later and it is true! This transparency is appreciated! The car was great as well!

Of all the rental places in Banff, by far the friendliest staff in town. They actually listen to what you have say and try to work with your needs. Everyone seems more concerned about just getting you to spend your money and leave. I had to wait half an hour for a car but other then that it was great rental experience.

The car i picked up from Calgary developed a problem on the first day in Banff, just as we were about to head out to Sunshine skiing. Romil and Oliver turned up at the hotel within an hour of the phone call with a new car, no hassle signed the paperwork and drove off on with our day. Brilliant.
Had issues with the car we rented in Calgary. Rental agent simply stated it was no problem and gave us a new car on the spot. No hassles or difficulties. Just great customer service!
Morgan is amazing, on a few occasions when I really needed help finding a solution to get somewhere that was time sensitive she always had a smile and helped me find a way! She is a great asset to Budget Rental, and she will continue to be the person I go to when I need a car to hire!
