Love that there’s a gap in Banff. I always seem to find something nice here when I’m passing through. They sell great quality men’s and women’s clothing with a pretty classic style. Their sales are great and their staff are friendly and helpful without being at all pushy. Love it here.

Have gone there frequent times being a local. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Changing room cleanliness was bit of a question (Little dirt on the floor) but it's a store located in a busy tourist place so expecting 100% perfectness isn't fair. People come and go creating bit mess but it's okay! Never had any bad impression or experience till date.
Kareem was extremely attentive and was very helpful! Made my experience a delight. Will be sure to shop here again.
Went there to pick up a pair of pants after having ripped mine while camping in Johnston Canyon. Was not disappointed. Staff were incredibly friendly, and the store was really clean. Really great experience at this location.

Terrible customer service and false advertising. Not to mention that most of the clothes are see through. You may as well walk across the mall and go to ardene where you are paying way less for the same material.
