Worst costumer service in Banff. Very unfriendly staff. Weren’t interested in helping out at all. No wonder the store doesn’t seem to be busy ever.
I went to a body image course here and was shown how to pick clothes for my body type. Everyone here is incredibly warm and wonderful and kind. The dresses I bought, I'm completely in love with. Highly recommended.
Really bad company, purchased 2 blouses worth almost 200. After 1 wash they lost colour and shrunk a bit. Contacted my local shop where I bought them and they said they can't help me, contacted Lole directly and no reply. Would avoid this shop at all cost.
