Love this product, so many items I'd love to buy. Price is extremely high, but they do have a good sales section here. The issue is the staff attitude...we've been here twice in the past 4 months, both times we felt we were not welcome. Even after buying a shirt, it felt like he wanted us out. Please get some friendly staff here.

A really nice shop with a great selection. Most things are pricey but the quality looks great. I purchased a few small items and I like their lack of bulkiness. I found the male clerk to be doing an excellent job of managing customers politely while adhering to Covid practices. I hope that store remains indefinitely.
I can’t believe the attitude I received when walking Into that store. The staff member was absolutely terrible. I don’t even receive that type of arrogance walking into a Top tier store brand like Gucci ! ( not my style but def. makes my point ) His arrogance was strong and his response was very limited as well as his knowledge of the brand imo.. I couldn’t wait to comment on this experience. I hope this reaches management.
Greeted with hostility doesn’t get customers coming back. The male associate working 8/29 is costing this business money every time he represents your brand. Unfriendly, unwelcoming, unbelievable arrogance & very unfortunate. Won’t be back
Nice store selling good quality product. It’s a shame the staff were not up to the same standard. Encountered two different staff members after visiting the store twice in one day. There was no acknowledgment or pleasantries when walking into the store and they almost seemed irritated to have to serve you.
