I have recently completed 5weeks of personal training with Tony at Bodytone and cannot recommend him enough. His down to earth personality and years of experience both as a personal trainer and a physio immediately put me at ease ,and the private gym facilities were perfect for someone like me who generally hates the whole gym experience. My confidence has increased along with my strength and fitness . I did not think I would feel this good after only 5 weeks ....big Thankyou Tony !

Nathan and Tony are honestly the best physios I have ever come across. I can always trust them to give an accurate assessment and beneficial treatment no matter what I come in with. As I work in an office job I tend to get a lot of back and hip pain. Everytime I go to them they are able to relieve the pain and advise me on ways to prevent and limit any recurrences. The value of the service for the price of treatment is unmatched in my opinion. I will not hesitate to recommend them both to anyone needing physio treatment!
