I've always tried to avoid this shop because of their ridiculous prices and the way the man watches you while you're looking around... I remember buying a wall clock in there once, and the man really talked me into getting it. then days later I found out that Asda had the same exact one for 4.00 cheaper. This enraged me ever since and I have never went back there again.

Telephone call politely and professionally answered. Staff confirmed that items I wished were available. On attending the store, COVID-19 protocols in place. Served at door. Staff were friendly and offered good advice to assist me. All first class service.
Excellent service with knowledgeable staff
Went looking for a new fire grate and surround after trying a few places, we arrived at Briterome and got the very thing we wanted along with 1st class service.
I have used this store for years even in the old premises as did my mum and dad. Products of a very high quality and standard. Very helpful and pleasant owner. Thankyou briterome!! Went today to get washing machine cleaner very helpful.
