I bought some enforcer decoys which arrived within a few days .I was so pleased with them that I placed another order for some more plus a pair of enforcer floaters.A few days later a 12 bore cleaning rod plus a plastic ammo box arrived.I contacted country life and they accepted they had been sent in error and I was asked if I could return the items and they would refund the postage. This was in June and we are now in August,after several phone calls,emails and assurances that this postage is being refunded,there is still no sign of the 12.12 in my account.its not the amount it's the principal of the matter,I returned the items immediately in good faith,pity I have not been accorded the same.

Very pleasant and chatty during the sell however once I had an issue with the rifle I took it back. I heard nothing until I contacted the owner who said it had arrived back that day and he had just fired rounds through it... maybe true, maybe not. I had also asked him to source a moderator and extra magazines because the rifle came with just one. Unfortunately he never bothered to look into this for me or if he did, he didn't bother to tell me. I shot with it the next time and had exact same issue, constant failures to eject (I used multiple varieties of CCI, winchester and federal ammo) and it was a brand new rifle well cleaned and looking in perfect order. I e-mailed the owner who said he would contact Sportsman straight away as they had supplied the rifle. I gave him 4 weeks to get back to me which he never bothered to so I messaged him. When he did his answers were short and showed a total lack of empathy that I was having constant issues and it was a 130 mile round trip each time I had to return the gun to him. He said that Sportsman had got back to him and if I wanted anything done then I should bring the rifle down....again. I realized that the owner had no interest in helping as he had got his sale already so I contacted Sportsman myself and got an answer within 3 hours! They were great about the situation and even offered to have the rifle collected from me to save me enduring any more long drives. There's plenty more I could say and it's a pity that it is so negative but this isn't personal and the whole thing could have been handled so much better from the start. I'm writing this review just to warn others before they purchase anything as they may incur similar issues, I'm sure he is fine to call in locally and collect ammo but be warned when spending big money on a nice firearm.

Ordered 3 Bisley Loose Braid Dog Slip leads on Tuesday and they arrived in West Yorkshire on Thursday. Excellent value, great service, friendly staff, will be using again.
