Satarday Jan 9th 2021 Had a delivery this morning from Iceland and it was a very frosty morning and my car was frozen,, windows were frozen and doors to,, the man who was called John who was such a nice friendly man carried the shopping to the door and followed the covid rules to the book and even helped me with my car by putting a little bit of deicer on my window that he had left as he could see I was in a rush to work and struggling,,, thank you John very much and icland for this warm kind service) take heed other companies of this company as you could learn that it not about money and profit but providing the customer with service and even going that extra mile knowing it does not cost a penny to be nice and friendly and helpful and by doing so you benefit by having a reputation of being a good company. Thanks John you are a great asset to the company.
