Went there for my son parcel,, showed him the letter the postman gave to say it in sorting office,, the bloke looked for it then came back and said((( ARE YOU SURE YOUR SON HASENT HAD THE PARCEL????))) eventually they found it at the back of the van and delivered to our house,,,went there again and man there as gormless as no sorry your parcel not here as driver not back yet,, just uhhhh driver not back u call again tomorrow,, uhhhh wait are we open Sat he said is there a sign there anywhere saying he said to me??? Uhhh Mr???? You should know your staff,,, went there next day man just gave me parcel and said nothing,, better service off postman pat.
