Highly recommend the lycium centre. Been going for a few years now and wouldnt go anywhere else. Mike is very knowledgeable and amazing at his craft, any back issues I have mike fixes within 1 or 2 sessions and the relief is amazing. From sports massage, joint mobilisation, acupuncture and cupping, you walk away feeling so relaxed and pain free. A lovely couple who make you feel so welcome and comfortable, relaxing treatment rooms and overall a very enjoyable visit. Thank you both

My husband and I both attend the lycium Centre on a regular basis. My husband for sports massage and acupuncture and myself for Reflexology. Mike and Cecilia are such lovely people, They make you feel at ease and very comfortable straight away. The treatment room is always extremely clean, calming and warm with calming relaxing music playing in the background. Every time I visit the time goes in so very fast and I've been there sometimes for over two hours, It is such an enjoyable experience and so very relaxing that I feel great for the rest of the day. I highly recommend that you go and get a treatment here as Mike and Cecilia both are very experienced and knowledgeable about the different therapies they both offer. The pain in my back is eased greatly each and every time I go. You truly are missing out on an awesome experience if you don't go get at least one therapy done. Thankyou so very much Mike and Cecilia for everything you both do for my husband and I. Heres to many more brilliant therapies. Mandy xxx

I have seen Mike since I was in my teens when I used to compete in powerlifting to which he helped fix any injuries, fast forward 20 years I still see mike regularly even if nothing is wrong... more so for the acupuncture which helps with daily stress levels and sleeping patterns. Best around highly recommend.
