Whilst staff are friendly. Issues with the property, such as windows not opening, mould and water damage, remain unfixed even when complaints have been made to staff and landlord. There were supposed to people coming round to fix these issues, however they did not show up, this has happened twice now. I appreciate we are in a pandemic, however these are potentially health provoking issues that need addressing. As a result of Covid our property was supposed to be deep cleaned prior to us moving in. However on move in, it was evident the property where not cleaned at all, with carpets remaining filthy, cobwebs and dust everywhere, in fact we were forced to do this ourselves.

As a landlord i had problems with my electricity provider disputing my meter readings. Leane from Varcity living was extremely patient and professional to my requests for five separate meter readings (which she made by video). Long story short : the Electricity company adjusted its bill charges eventually to the correct level. Would have been nightmarishly difficult without her help. Thank You Leane ! Overall I m very happy with the service and responsiveness of the whole Varcity team.
Want a landlord who will break the LAW when it suits them this is the place. Want to pay 135pw and something to break every week until the day you move out without fail this is the place for you. Want to pay over 4000 by Christmas and the hot water to disappear every single day from the day you moved in September and to be told just to fill it up at the boiler that is in a tiny attic space that causes your stitches to break these are the people. If money is no object and you love being ingored when there are issues then this is the place. Want to be lied to, to your face by every employee even when you have the proof right in front of you then these are greatest at it.
