HORRIBLE! Incompetent. My mortgage was sold to this bank and I have had nothing but trouble. They have made multiple errors since taking over the loan just 5 months ago. And tried to reverse all of my payments, then said it was a system error (well if your system cant handle an extra payment then maybe you need a new system!). Now they have \put back\ the funds but my principle balance has somehow increased nearly 600. Seems pretty shady to me. Don't be a financial institution if you don't understand simple addition and subtraction. DO NOT USE! Worth refinancing if they take your loan!

Short: this bank is by far the worst I’ve ever dealt with. If you are looking for a job but have zero qualifications and can’t hold a commitment you will be a perfect match for this bank. Edit: I originally gave them a one star see comments below. It would now be worse if I could go below one (see comments below). The check was supposed to be sent to me on the December first (90 days). But I never got it. Called today (4th) they never issued the check. They had ZERO plan to send it. I asked her when they would and she said “who knows, these things can take time. You aren’t the only one that wants their money”..it’s been 90 days!!!! They are required to issue a check 15 days after. Please subscribe to my comments because I’m almost positive I’ll update it with worse experiences. 9 calls 5 promises to send a check on a certain day that never happened. Original: Terrible bank. I payed off my mortgage on sept 3rd and should be getting the check today (90 days later). After 7 phone calls. Many reassurance of payment they failed to uphold any of them. I was honestly shocked at how poorly managed this bank was. After 30 past when they should have sent it (60 days) they said they would start processing the check but it would take 30 days to get to me. I asked if they could expedite it cause it was already 30 days late but they said it was their “policy” and couldn’t. I was never late in paying my mortgage yet they were 90 late and I didn’t get a dime of interest from them...odd how that works. This is my only review I have ever left but they were just so bad they deserved this special award from me.

Conveniently located near I 40 and S Meridian Ave on the North South artery leading to the airport. The only metro bank tribally owned and operated. This bank offers financing nation wide for home loans developments, etc specifically for First Americans. Great customer service, friendly and knowledgable home loan staff. Any business should contact the bank to explore the different options available to help your business grow. I did and am the better for doing so. Name changed in January 2020 to Chickasaw Community Bank.

First class bank. Came from Chase to Bank 2 after being with Chase for nearly a decade on the commercial side. LOVE LOVE LOVE this bank. Family feel, get to know everyone on a first name basis. Been night & day easier to deal with for commercial loans. Can't recommend them enough!

Best bank EVER!!! Gabby, Stacey, and Julie in book keeping are ALWAYS there to help me with anything and everything I need!!! I'm pretty sure they can just recognize my voice by now and already know who I am I'm prior service Army and still have a USAA account for insurance, etc., but the customer service and friendly staff at Bank2 is unparalleled! Ross was the CEO when I opened an account at Bank2, but even though he's no longer there, the level of customer service continues to exceed my expectations-particularly in the book keeping department. All the women there definitely deserve a raise! Thank all y'all for all the help, hard work, and amazing service you've all provided me with over the years! Stacey, Julie, and Gabby-you're truly INCREDIBLE at what you do and I love each and every one of you!!!! Also, shout out to Trey Graham! He's also one of the amazing employees at Bank2 that makes it the best place to bank with! I just read some less than positive reviews in this thread-but let's be honest! You can't ever please everyone! Bank2 is AWESOME! So, ignore the negative reviews and stop by, open an account, and see for yourself!
