When my account was garnished unexpectedly, I went to see Ileana and she was very Kind and helpful. Mr. Weed's recommendation was to file Bankruptcy and clean up my credit. I could not afford a garnishment so they were able to file my case quickly. I now have been able to breath again and get back on track. I have been able to get a unsecured credit card since filling for Bankruptcy. I am a small business owner and I was afraid that I would lose my business if I filed for Bankruptcy. I also lost a home when the market crashed and had some credit card debt. I had my first consultation with the paralegal Ileana and it was free. I had lots of questions and doubts about filing. Ileana put me at ease and walked me through the whole process.
