Some of the staff come across as so grumpy / unhappy, you can't help feeling that perhaps a member of their family must have just died! Its very dark inside which doesn't have a particularly welcoming effect.... And finally: a few items are mind-bogglingly over priced. On a plus: the boss / manager is great, and they have an absolutely fantastic range of good quality sweets.
