Worst Service. I've opened a Current Account. That's the big mistake I did after being convinced by the Sales Person. Sales Person that time said now a days everyone use net banking, phone banking no need to go Branch. That's true I use HDFC account and never faced this type of issue. My home Branch is far away from my home. The issue is first they opened that Account with wrong customer name. They gave me Internet Banking access but I can only view the Statements. Cannot do any transaction. Because I don't have Transaction Access. Very funny. I've called many times to different people from the branch. They gave me BM, RM contact. No one was able to fix my issue. BM said need to fix this with customer care. But customer care I never got connected. Then RM said to submit a request with Company Letter Head to the branch. I did that also still, that request got closed. Nothing happened. Now no one is receiving my call and answer my message. I've opened my account on February 2020. Now it's June 2020. Still I don't have transaction access in Net banking. I would never opt any service from ICICI bank and won't recommend others. This is not only branch, but the full system is responsible for this. I'm waiting for the right time to close the account soon. Thanks

Nearest ICICI bank branch from my place. Well decorated with all possible facilities. Staffs are very helpful. Attached ATM service
