The rating 4 is given because of the business mind and owner's professional behavioural. The technicians are aware of all the basic tasks required to run a studio ,however the photographic sense is not likely there .Good place for your regular printing needs. Once I highlighted few defects in colours for few photographs and got money refunded for defective photos.
