Was having a hard time finding a bike I wanted for my fiance. I called R-D which is a little out of the way for me.. but I'm glad I did. Ruth was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They happened to have the perfect bike, in her size just hadn't been built yet. I expected a long wait but a couple days later I got a call saying if I was interested in buying it that it was ready. I'm a novice cyclist and she didn't mind taking the time to answer all my silly questions. Great bike shop. Highly recommended.

Went in to buy a tube for a wheel. Had the tire with me and asked if they could install the tube for me, for a fee. They said the wait was 2 weeks for repairs. What? 5 minutes for them, as they have the tools right there and the expertise. It took me 15 min when I got home, Not a big deal, but I didn’t feel like doing it that day and would’ve paid to have them do it for me. They could’ve charged me 10 install fee. Instead, they just left money on the table because of bad customer service.
A few years ago, I came here because the handlebars on my bike came off and I needed to tighten them since I was a bit far from home and had no tools on me. I asked the man Inside the shop for help and he tightened it without charging me. I buy most of my bike stuff here and their prices seem reasonable.
Great place. They know what they are doing. Very pleased with quality of tune up on the bike we brought them. I felt they were honest and fair. They have your safety and beat interest in mind. Can't say enough good things about them. When you go to those who are passionate experts you are usually pleased. These guys are great !
