Just picked up my car after two days of no contact for an update about a price quote...normally not the type to make bad reviews or blow things out of proportion but I gave correct contact information and was informed that only one attempt was made to contact me and that the problem was that the wrong number got dialed...I also tried to contact the shop on both days with no luck in getting ahold of anyone. When I picked up my car I noticed pretty major cosmetic damage to the paint on the front bumper and the headlight. Like it was hit or had been ran into something to scratch it pretty badly. Honestly just want to recommend handling other people’s property with a little more care. No hard feelings but I was quoted 3000 worth of damage just to have more damage to fix. I’m leaving a voicemail tonight to talk to someone about getting some type of explanation. Numbers can be misdialed but damage to someone’s property is another issue

Had 4 tires mounted and balanced on my truck that is only 5 months old the tech that did the job scratched both rear rims,showed Matt the damage he said that he would not replace the rims and theres no proof that they did it or didn't do it.Will never set foot in the place again or recommend the place.My dash cam footage shows a different story it was recording the whole time the service was being done.Word of advise if you do go there do a walk around with someone before hand so you don't get screwed over.Looks like discount tire will get my business from now on and people wonder why small business are dieing this is one reason.

Good tire place. A very relaxed atmosphere if you like that thing. Decent upfront pricing, nothing too crazy. Labor runs about 110/hr They have road force balancing. First come first serve type of place but you can call ahead and schedule. I would have given 4.5 star only because they chipped the coating on my new rim but it wasn't a big deal to me.
