Another botched delivery for my address, starting to wonder if the delivery personnel are required to be able to read... How do you screw up 212 & 208? My mail.. not sure where it went, but I know that my neighbor got their stuff... Paid that much money, do the job right or don't do it at all!
They always deliver my mail to the wrong house. And they didn't even deliver my package I was supposed to get delivered today?
Mail and packages don't get delivered at an reasonable time!
Staff is no help whatsoever. Why bother to call when they can't even do their jobs. My mail person never knocks on the door just packages that need signed, always says that they do but I have dogs that would let me know someone was knocking. If I could give zero stars I would. You need a new staff asap!!!!
I have sent my brother four packages over the past three years, all of which were sent to the wrong address. The first three times were Amazon orders that the post office received and delivered to the incorrect address. The last package I recently sent, was also sent to the wrong address. Not only was it sent to the wrong address but that person claimed that she returned the package to the post office. The post office has no record of it. It’s time to speak to the Postmaster general.

I’m giving this post office 1 star because every time I have an important package come to my apartment the mailman never knocks on my door and always puts a sorry we missed you notice on my door. I know your mailmen never knock because I just had one of my maintenance men come to my house today and I heard him knock clearly and I’m always in the back in my room
