They came to check a defective descalcificador, but they could not repair it. It was expected because the unit is likely broken. It is a bit disappointing that they only install units that you buy through them, and are very expensive (\u003e1500) relative to what you can buy in Roy Merlin (less than 500, or 1000 for a brand like AEG). They charged us 60 euros, which is a lot but I also think is fair. The guy who came was exactly on time, very competent, and stayed here for about an hour, so all in all a good service, despite the fact that our problem was not solved.
