Fixed my phone within 2 days. They also pointed out that the previous individual that had replaced and cracked screen had taken out my original Samsung battery and replaced with a fake version - which caused the battery issues I was having. Professional, knowledgeable, good job. Would go back if I have further issues with products, highly recommended.

Amazingly good service, knowledgeable, competent staff, reasonable prices. I was traveling in Barcelona when I dropped and broke my phone; dropped in to Alertaphone with no appointment and was out of there with it fixed in an hour. I was so impressed I went back to change the battery a week later. Front desk staff member Laura was especially kind, helpful and patient! (and speaks great English!) Highly recommend them.

Went to repair my screen for my iPhone X on 24/12/18, paid 299 EUR (same price as apple charges) and the microphone wasn't working. Returned back to the shop and they told me that was just dirty and now it works. 3 months later the screen was defective and stopped working. Went to Apple store to change the screen as i believed that i had an original replacement to my surprise i got informed that the screen i had was not original and not even proper one for my phone. Resulting in paying another 299 EUR. I explicitly asked 4 times the girl at the counter if they are using original components and she said yes and they were proud to use only original components. When i called and asked for a refund they were not even answering to me or telling me anything. I will have now to visit them personally and demand my refund.

I was very satisfied with AlertaPhone at first, but after my last visit to repair the crystal of the back camera, the camera stopped working all together. They only replied that it is a common problem in my type of phone. When I replied that my phone indeed had problems focusing from time to time in the past (5% of the times maybe, not more), but since their reparation it is not focusing at all anymore, they never replied to me. I emailed again, but still no reply. It is a pity, as I used to be very happy with their services, but ignoring customers is not a great approach in my opinion.
