I needed a new rapid COVID 19 antigen test after missing a flight and having to stay in Barcelona overnight. I looked up centres online and was a little bit overwhelmed at how many choices of testing centres there were close by. I ended up choosing this one based on their rate (39 for the test - answer in 20-30 min) and reviews and I was all in all pleased with the experience. I came early in the morning right after opening and there was a line (to be expected) but I got tested 20 minutes later and received written results I could show my airline another 20 minutes after that. The nasal swab itself was really well done - the doctor was friendly and gentle. And they all spoke a little English so I was happy I didn’t need Google translate to communicate :)

Excellent service for rapid PCR (received results in 2 hours on email in English) Receptionist spoke great English, Thanks. Results: had to reply to email because they did not write the “time of sample taken” only the date. Received new certificate immediately with time added. Price 155 quite expensive but 2 hour turnaround on a Saturday.
Please ask doctor to be more human and kind. Went yesterday for a quick Covid test of our 13 year old son. Tried to make appointment by phone - but gave up after being thrown of the line 3 times. Went at 17.00ish and only 15 minute line outside. A fairly kind lady come out and asked what type of visit and we could use the time on the pavement to fill out the form. Once inside after think only 15 minutes - paying and replying whether we wanted reply after 30 minutes waiting time or by email we choose email. Two ladies behind the glass nice and positive and fast. Waiting in waiting room only another 5 minutes so that was positive. We got into room no 3 - doctor told me strict to wait outside due to security reasons. Our son entered and came out again after think less than one minute a little in shock I could see. Not until we got to the car could he tell me that he had asked the doctor if he could kindly count down from 3 to 1 and then do the swap in the nose (our son already had this done 2 times earlier this year and knew it was uncomfortable and we hence taught him to ask for 3 seconds preparation time). The doctor xxx apparently replied our son that they do not waste time on that at this clinic and without our son even sitting down he stuck the thing up his nose. It was time efficient and price was good - but come on - please - doctor! Give human beings especially children time to prepare in their mind and brain and dont treat them like animals as if it is a money machine. Kindly ask the clinic to pass on this message as 3 seconds only to prep should be included!!! Come on....... Best regards the trying to be responsible parents trying to have children get the best out of this time we all live in now with Covid, etc. as the children are suffering enough.
