This doctor would need to be reported from being so unprofessional ! She put my health in danger! I consulted her for a horrible pain I had in my eyes. I almost couldn’t see.I called the reception and I got an appointment within one hour. She auscultated me briefly with her tools and diagnosis a cornea ulcers. I was very worried and in pain. Instead of reassuring me, she mentioned I could keep a white veil l on my eyes. what would you say such things when it is no even true and to someone suffering to hell ? She prescribed me a very light treatment : a eyes drop 3 times day with a another cream to put at night. I ran to get my eyes drops, and it wasn’t available in 10 different pharmacy. it was a nightmare The pain was unbearable ! I never suffered so much in my life. Unable to find the eyes drops she prescribed, I came back in tears. The assistant gave me a pain killer ( hile she could prescibed me any drops that reduced pain in the yes ) and the address of pharmacy that couldn’t have the eyes drops. Of course, they didn’t have it either, and I had to order it and wait until 7pm !!!!!! So i basically spent the home day without treatment ! The next night, I suffered to hell, and started to really worried. It didn’t feel right to have such a light treatment for the huge pain I was feeling. I decide to consult another ophtalmologue who took a very long time to check my eyes, gave me a very strong treatment with different eyes drop to put every hours and even wake up at night! I was able to find the treatment in the first pharmacy. I don’t understand this doctor behavior prescribing a drop that is impossible to find - and a treatment that is not suited for what i had. worse experience ever ! You would need to be reported !
