I love this store. I have used them several times to find unique and special edition games. No problems. However. During Christmas (14th December) I ordered a game and its expansions (one was out of stock for 10 days). On 26th I sent an email to ask for an update. Nothing. No reply. On 28th I sent another one and asked if they could send the core game but not the expansions until they arrive because the game is a gift for the magic Kings. They sent the core game, but I didn't know know becuse again, they did not reply, even though I kindly asked them to. But obviously had read my email. In the new year I sent a third email and opened a ticket on their website. Begging for an update and no reply. Email read. But nothing. No response. A few days later I sent my last email and asked for a refund for the remaining items I was waiting for. No reply. But I found out that they had refunded me. It is very sad their level of customer service is basically arrogant and non existing, because e I like this store a lot. But I will be very very cautious to use this store in the future should I need anything regarding customer services. I don't think it is acceptable to treat customers like that. After they are trusting you with their custom and money and in some cases like me, spending over hundred of euros. Although they sent me the game like I asked, and refunded me. I didnf know until the game arrived or the money went back into the account. I'm not happy with whoever was reading my emails behind the computer screen and think they should be put into a customer service course for absolute beginners.

Good stuff, they've got a surprisingly very good selection of English language board games / card games / expansions etc some of which are difficult to find outside of the United Kingdom. With some clever pre-ordering you can get English language games on day or near to the day of their European release. Shipping is good to Madrid, typically one working day or two. Many thanks guys.
